Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DoSaveIt, operated by an individual developer based in Kerala, India ("we", "us"), for the DoSaveIt app, web app and website. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. The service
DoSaveIt lets you save links and content and generates structured results using AI, with actions such as calendar, reminders and exports. Features, limits and plans may change. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional medical, fitness, nutritional, financial, legal or educational advice. Use your judgment and consult a professional where appropriate.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you save. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it, and to send it to our service providers, solely to run the service for you. You may only save content you have the right to access and process; see Acceptable Use. Third-party posts remain the property of their creators and platforms.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Google Play (and the Apple App Store if offered) and managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Prices are shown before purchase. See the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, overloading or attacking the service, or circumventing limits or platform rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including software, design and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under these terms. Send copyright complaints as described on the DMCA page.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply where you live.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end access for breach, legal reasons or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
11. Changes and contact
