DoSaveIt does not host public copies of third-party videos or posts. It processes links and content that individual users save privately and shows results only to that user. If you believe content or results in our service infringe your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent.

Notice of infringement

Email dmca@dosave.it with the details below. Our postal address is available on request at privacy@dosave.it.

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the material and where we can find it (links or account details).
4. Your contact details (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If we remove material that you believe was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices may expose the sender to liability.
